Meet the Team

Spectrum Growth’s founders were brought together by a common belief that many special needs learners lacked meaningful and functional academic programming that leads to successful citizenship.
Spectrum Growth was created to provide individualized instruction, life skills development, and a supportive learning environment for students with autism from PreK through 12th grade.
Building on the success of Spectrum Growth, Spectrum Inspire opened in Elyria in 2025 to expand opportunities for students and families in the community. Together, our schools are committed to empowering students with autism through structured academics, social development, and real-world skills that help them thrive in school and beyond.

Business Manager
This is Gail’s 7th year with Spectrum and her 29th year in Education! She previously worked as an Elementary School Librarian for LCS and as the Coordinator of Lorain Digital Academy.
In her spare time, Gail loves to spend time with her 2 grandchildren and listen to music with her husband. But more often than not, you’ll find her curled up with a good book.

Principal
Michele is celebrating her 7th year with Spectrum, with this being her third year as Principal!
She has over 10 years of experience working in education and recently completed her Masters of Educational Leadership at Ashland University.
Congratulations Michele!!
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and camping with her husband and 2 children.
