Paraprofessionals play an essential role in our school! Under the supervision of a licensed teacher, a paraprofessional supports teachers and students in many ways.

Para-Professional

A non-public charter school licensed by the Ohio Department of Education for individuals aged 3 through 21 years of age with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other disabilities.

Early Intervention

The Spectrum Early Intervention is a comprehensive day treatment program designed to serve children between 3 and 5 years of age with autism spectrum disorders including classic autism, Asperger’s disorder, and pervasive development disorder NOS. As such, every child in the Spectrum program presents with a unique profile of strengths and weaknesses, which require individualized services.

School Program

The Spectrum School Age Program is an intervention program specifically designed to meet the needs of students in grades K-13+. These children, as a result of their educational diagnosis, have a difficult time meeting their full potential in the traditional school environment.

Bridge Program

The Spectrum Bridge Program is a day treatment program specifically designed for students ages 5-21 with significant cognitive delays and challenging behaviors along with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. The design of the program is grounded in the knowledge that students learn best from direct instruction and real-world experiences.
